Walleyes Turned On at West Bend
Two days of high winds turned the waters around Pierre into clouds of unproductive water. We only were able to catch 10 walleyes Friday so we decided to go downriver the next day to find cleaner water. The move really paid off as there were fish biting everywhere. The shad are really thick against the shores down there now with fall approaching. After we limited on walleye, I took these guys from SE Nebraska to another area for white bass to keep. The weather was great and fun was had by all.
