Good forage Produces Nice Walleyes

Lake Sharpe has been dealt its share of drought conditions the past few years. The walleye in the past have not been growing up to their age. This last spring though, there was enough water to hold the levels and sustain a good spring spawn. The forage is good and the walleyes are fat again. Pictured here are John Meyer with his sons Jake and Ted from Council Bluffs, IA. Everyone caught lots of fish including smallmouth bass.
