Lake Oahe Starting to Produce Nice Fish

Despite cool and cloudy conditions the walleyes are spotty but starting to bite on Lake Oahe. The fish are in excellent condition despite the "lack of smelt." Not so here, in fact we found 14 smelt in the stomachs of these walleye we cleaned. Pictured here are Terry Traska, his wife Bonnie and friend Kim of Mosinee, WI here on a three day fishing trip.
