I spotted him two weeks ago and he is in with another 30,000 Canada's around some open water near the intakes.  At first I thought it was probably a snow but after looking at it with a spotting scope it has a black beak instead of a maroon one.  It is also way larger than a snow goose.  In fact, it stands as tall as all the other Canada geese it is with.  The only thing I cannot identify very well is the actual color of its legs which appear to be dark.  There has also been a Quill Lake Canada goose spotted in the area with fully white wings and the obvious white band across the chest.
