A Hen or Rooster?
This he / she pheasant was shot by your guide on December 3rd. I was blocking the end of a strip and saw it flying at me. It had a rooster head with a white ring and a long rooster tail. I initially thought it was a golden rooster but when I went to pick it up I noticed that it has a golden chest, wings of a hen pheasant and spurs.A rare bird indeed.
