Fall Group Pheasant Hunts

We offer South Dakota bird hunting at its best. Our wild bird population ranges from 2,500 to 4,000 birds on a good year.  You will be hunting on our private land near Pierre.  Mostly walking and blocking methods with retrieving dogs are used.

Our professional guides will pick you up each morning and take you hunting for the day.  Each farm we hunt has half mile strips of special planted year round cover set aside for nesting hunting and habitat.  There are a large number of birds in every strip. They fly very high, hard and fast when flushed. Most of our birds are naturally hatched in the wild. There is a limited number of groups we hunt each season to keep the hunting good for everyone. We farm over 6500 acres of land.

Our hunters are amazed at the numbers of birds they see each day. Virtually all of our clients bag their limits of pheasants each year.  An unforgettable experience with some of the most challenging shots you’ll find anywhere. Truly a hunters paradise!

Get your limit of pheasants in the morning, have lunch and then catch your limit of walleye in the afternoon. There are very few places in North America where you can leave the fields in your hunting clothes and minutes later hop in a boat and catch walleye. This may be the greatest outdoor experience you could ever have.  And you can only find it minutes away here in Pierre, South Dakota. Please try to do this if you can.

About Our Trips

We do private group hunts only. Group sizes are 6-16 hunters. Your private rooms and meals are arranged for you at one of our finest hotels in Pierre.  After the hunt, we transport you back to Pierre and you are free to relax, visit with your friends, check out the town and come and go as you please.
