Here’s an old warrior walleye we caught this morning—and released. Judging by his size and condition, he’s probably 10–12 years old, maybe even older.
He’s lived a long life, survived countless challenges, and may have never even been caught before. He’s a little rough around the edges, but that’s what makes him special.
This is the way of life. We let this old warrior swim away to fight another day. 🎣
